I don't find my answer in the knowledge base, what should I do?

Did you try to search using **different** search terms? If yes, then you should [create a new ticket](/mytickets/create). The knowledge base is just a small selection of our most common questions and unfortunately we are unable to put all on there. If you have any difficulty please raise a ticket and we will respond. You will find that our team is extremely responsive and we rate ourselves one of the best and fasted support teams in the industry for responses.
