Returns Process

In order to return an item, for example a Router or SIM that is either damaged or for any other reason, an RMA number must first be requested from Comms365 Support. Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be be accepted. The RMA number is for your own peace of mind that you know Comms365 are expecting the return and will know what to do with it when it reaches our returns department. An RMA number can be obtained by raising a ticket through the Helpdesk - Best method. Or by sending an email to support@comms365.com and providing full details of the request - this may take longer to process.
